Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern West End ‘Out’ings relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

 

Allocation of tickets

All tickets are supplied in good faith and ‘West End ‘Out’ings’ cannot be held responsible for any changes to event times or cancellations made by the production. Tickets are usually supplied on a first come, first served basis.

Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited, however if you cannot use tickets allocated, please let us know as soon as possible by notifying contact@westendoutings.co.uk. All bookings are also subject to the venue's own terms and conditions of entry. West End ‘Out’ings reserves the right to refuse tickets to an applicant and the right to withdraw access at any time.

 

If a performance is cancelled, or its timing changed substantially, West End ‘Out’ings will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.  Refund to an event will be issued to attendees once monies are received from venues back to West End ‘Out’ings.

 

Attending an Event

Customers and Members should never contact the box office or production directly.  Depending on the event, tickets are pre-allocated.  Where possible, a seating chart will be enclosed on an events individual page for perusal only.


Tickets must be collected from your host no later than 30 minutes before the show starts at the pre-show social.  Late comer’s tickets will be left at the Theatre Box Office at the discretion of the venue to allow entry and are the attendees’ responsibility.  Members and/or Guests are expected to be polite to the box office staff at all times and take the tickets with courtesy and follow staff advice on late entry procedures.  You must inform your host 30 minutes before performance times should you wish your ticket to be left at the venue.

 

Members and Guests must make sure that phones & electronic devices are turned off prior to the start of a performance.

 

During an event, West End ‘Out’ings will take photographs and media of an event which will be used for promotional purposes on platforms including (but not limited to) the website, Facebook and Twitter.  Members and Guests of an event do not have to be included in such media but must make West End ‘Out’ings aware in writing prior to an event using the official email address.  Members are authorised to use images of event for personal use but must acknowledge West End Outings is such posts. either by official tags or written communications.

 

Cancellations

If you purchase a seat and then need to cancel you must advise West End 'Out'ings via email. In line with theatre policies, tickets are non-refundable once purchase is confirmed.  If you wish to give your ticket to someone else, you must advise West End 'Outing's in writing of the persons full contactable details prior to the event for the purpose of ticket collection.

Cancellation Fee

All tickets carry an cancellation fee (unless a free event) of £10 per ticket. 

 

Promotions

From time to time, West End ‘Out’ings will hold exclusive events for Membership members only.  Members are not permitted to purchase tickets for such events and issue to non-membership guests at these events.  Should this occur, a formal warning will be issued to both parties which will remain on file for 12 months.  If such an episode occurs again, the subscribed member will forfeit there years membership and be banned from attending West End ‘Out’ing events.

Terms of Use

The term ‘West End ‘Out’ings'’ or 'West End Outings' or 'our' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website who is solely Adam Green.  The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Third Parties

Your dealings or communications through the Web Site with any party or member other than West End ‘Out’ings are solely between you and that third party. The Web Site allows you to pay for administration charges. Third-party partners and vendors conduct these transactions on our behalf. West End ‘Out’ings is not liable for any goods, services, resources or content available through such third-party dealings or communications, or for any harm related thereto.

 

Please review carefully that third party's policies and practices and make sure you are comfortable with those policies and practices before you engage in any transaction. Any complaints, concerns or questions you may have relating to materials provided by third parties should be forwarded directly to such third parties.

 

Membership & Registration

Membership of West End ‘Out’ings requires registration and therefore we ask you to provide information to access complete purchases. The decision to provide this information is purely optional; however, if you elect not to provide such information, you will not be able to access offers or features or participate in various areas and/or services offered via the Web Site.

 

When you register or become a member of the Web Site or provide information to the Web Site in any other manner, you agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information. If you become a member of the Web Site or any portion thereof, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your computer so that others may not access the password protected portion of the Web Site using your name in whole or in part.  Paid membership is deducted on an annual basis until a member informed West End ‘Out’ings in writing that they wish to terminate association.  The Web Site reserves the right to terminate membership and deny access to the Web Site to any person who violates these Terms.
