  • How do I join?
    To join simply create an account and select which marketing you want to hear from. You can be a free member or pay a small annual fee which gives you even more discounts to the already discounted events posted on a number of events throughout the year.
  • What are the different event types?
    At West End Outings we try to offer a varied season of events each year from mainstream West End Musicals and Plays to Ballet, Ice shows and Getaway trips out of the City. There really is something for everyone each year.
  • What are the membership options?
    There are several membership package deals available. You can be a free member or pay a small fee and get even more discounts off selected events throughout the year. We offer Single, Joint and Family Bundle packages to cater for as many people as possible.
  • What is West End Outings?
    West End Outings is fun a way to see shows and events with other like minded people from all across the UK. We started back in 2022 for the LGBTQ+ community but now run events for various groups including Over 50's, All Togethers, Getaway Trips and LGBTQ+
  • What happens at an event?
    Once you have booked onto an event, the week prior to the event date you will receive updates on meet-up times and locations. West End Outings is all about connecting with new people. For a West End Theatre trip, we usually meet 90 minutes before a showtime, grab a drink and get chatting. Tickets for the events are then issued prior to going into the theatre so you can continue your conversation with someone new, or connect with someone you may have met at a previous event. At the end of the event, everyone meets outside the theatre for a famous group picture and farewells.
  • How do the events work?
    We try and keep events as simple as possible for the enjoyment of everyone attending. A week before an event you will be sent a reminder email and full details on meet-up details and locations. Usually our West End Theatre trips start approx. 90 minutes before showtime so you can connect with your host and other members attending. Trips out of London, we usually have a meeting location for everyone to be at for the start of the day and a discuss of the events planned involved.
  • How do I book onto an event?
    First thing to do is create your account. If you have selected a paid membership make sure you log in before putting an item in your basket at checkout. Once you are logged in, you are ready to go. Simple add the number of tickets you wish to purchase and head to check-out. Any discounts (if paid member) will be applied automatically. You will then receive a confirmation email upon purchase completion.
  • What happens if I need to cancel?
    We understand sometimes things happen. Sadly, tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by the venue or on very rare occasions due to poor uptake. If you are unable to attend you can either gift your ticket to a friend or family member or we will try and seat fill. It is important you inform West End Outings if you are not going to attend as tickets are issued at the pre-show socials. If you do gift it to a friend or family member, you must make them aware of the package you have bought into as venue relationships have been built on West End Outings reputation and we expect all members to follow what is expected for a successful event to occur.
  • What are the different types of membership?
    You can be a free member or pay a small annual fee which can give you even more discounts throughout the year. We offer Single, Joint and Family paid memberships packages. Occasionally we also offer exclusive events for our paid members too.
  • How do I update my member profile?
    If you are using the app, click on the profile icon on the top left hand side to go into your membership settings. From here you should be able to edit your member profile, add a photo of yourself and add a bio so that other members can get to know you.
  • How do I see my current and past bookings?
    If you are using the app, click on the profile icon on the top left of the app. This will take you into your membership. From here click on Events and you will be able to see all of your upcoming and past bookings for events.
  • How do I amend my payment details?
    If you are using the app, click on the profile icon on the top left hand side to go into your membership settings. Click on the cog icon on the top right of the screen then click Saved Credit Cards. From here you should be able to add and remove credit/debit cards to make payment for any events that you book with us.
